Kevin has a BS in business from Cal Berkeley and an MBA from Notre Dame, with career experience in accounting finance, marketing, mortgage lending, building homes, and subdivisions.  Kevin is deeply involved in all aspects of your deal.  His background as a builder and remodeler gives him tremendous insight into condition and safety issues which benefit both Buyers and Sellers.

Renee holds a degree in psychology from California State University (East Bay) and has experience as the assistant to the CEO of Clorox and managing a local capital leasing company.   

Renee manages our back room business as well as staging, open home coordination, escrow processing and general marketing.   Renee has a keen eye for style, colors, and trends.

We both bring broad and complimentary experience in all aspects of real estate, including design, construction, financing, and value analysis.


We offer some unique programs such as Renovate to Sell and Buy to Remodel coordination along with in-house free staging services and complimentary services of a professional designer for extensive staging projects.   We also offer flexible compensation plans including a Buyer/Seller package deal on qualifying projects.

Community Involvement helps us to understand our community, and allows us to share our good fortune with others.   We are actively involved in fundraising projects for many charities with our Bay Tour Cruises  We help support the Taylor Family Foundation, Contra Costa Interfaith Housing, Special Olympics, Soroptimists, Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, and several local elementary and high schools with our fundraising efforts.  We can also support your favorite cause.   We were awarded Volunteer Couple of the Year for Special Olympics in 2008, and Renee was Volunteer of the Year for 2009.  Kevin serves on, and is former Chair of the Business Advisory Board for Contra Costa Interfaith Housing.

Youth Sailing:  We are also leaders in introducing disadvantaged children to the joys of sailing in conjunction with Berkeley Yacht Club and the Pegasus Foundation.  We try to help the community one kid at a time.
