I live in Walnut Creek
California about 15 minutes east of San Francisco Bay, just beyond the hills
which separate Berkeley from the Diablo Valley. I sail a
Catalina 380 which is a heavy and stout 38' boat with reasonably good
performance and a very roomy interior. I am active in the Berkeley
Yacht Club, the owners' association for my boat group, the committee which
organizes the annual Catalina Rendezvous on SF Bay, and in fund raising for
the Special Olympics. Professionally I'm a Realtor and Mortgage Broker along with investing-in and managing rental properties. I also renovate homes for resale from time to time.
